The Oldtime Baseball Game to benefit The Boston Home simply could not happen without the support of many volunteers. Help is needed in all aspects of the event from parking attendants and event set-up to concessions and program sales. We hope you can join us for a fun and uplifting night of baseball for a great cause!
Volunteer roles and sign-up instructions are listed below.

Oldtime Baseball Game to Benefit The Boston Home
Wednesday, August 20th at 7 PM, St. Peter’s Field in North Cambridge, MA.
Set-Up Committee: Set up tables, hang banners, bunting and signage. Prepare coolers with ice and beverages. Requires some lifting.
Volunteer Table: Sign in volunteers as they arrive, pass out name tags, direct volunteers to their designated area.
Parking: Located in several satellite parking lots. Oversee orderly parking and best use of lot.
Gate/Selling Programs: Sell program at gates leading up to the game.
Auction & Raffle Tables: Oversee auction items, bidding process, and sell raffle tickets.
The Boston Home Table: Provide information and answer questions about The Boston Home.
Concessions Table: Sell concessions throughout the game, keeping food service area clean and stocked.
Wrap-Up: Breakdown and clean-up following game.
