B.Well Virtual Connections

Tuesdays 11am-1pm EST

Virtual sessions of B.Well allow members to experience a sense of community and social connection from the comfort of their homes. Virtual programming may include creative activities, guided meditations with distance reiki healing, discussion groups, educational programs, guest presentations, and other interactive activities.

This is a community where people living with neurological conditions can discover new interests, maintain meaningful connections, explore wellness, and have fun together—while having access to programming that recognizes and accommodates a wide range of abilities.

B.Well Virtual Book Club

Day: Last Wednesday of each month

Time: 5:30pm–7 pm EST

Whether you’re a lifelong book lover or hoping to rekindle your reading habit, our welcoming virtual book club is the perfect place to start!

We meet once a month via Microsoft Teams to discuss our Book of the Month in a relaxed and friendly setting. Each session combines open-format conversation with guided questions, making it easy for everyone to join in—whether you've finished the book or just got started!

Here’s how it works: Members are invited to suggest books, and a curated list is sent out for voting. The top picks are selected, and a reading schedule with three months of books is shared in advance so you have plenty of time to get your copies. We explore a wide variety of genres—everyone’s taste is welcomed and encouraged! If you’re ready to connect with fellow readers, discover great books, and enjoy meaningful conversations from the comfort of your home—this is the book club for you!
