Through the Bank of America Boston Marathon Official Charity Program, the Boston Athletic Association supports selected nonprofit organizations that strengthen our local community and provides these organizations with a significant fundraising opportunity. In 2026, athletes participating in the 130th Boston Marathon on behalf of a nonprofit organization raised $57.4 million.
On Monday, April 19, 2027, five amazing athletes will run the Boston Marathon for The Boston Home, raising much-needed funds to support life-enhancing programs and services for our residents and outpatients who live with multiple sclerosis and other progressive neurological disorders.
